    1. Hi T Bee,
      Thanks for coming.
What carrier are you using now? Did you use verizon version? I've find on some forum that the verizon's user confirmed that they have no call forward option on the phone. If you're verizon user, you can control call forwarding by using the code. Here are the code:
      - To enable call forwarding, dial *72 followed by 10 digit number you wish to forward to, then press Send.
      - To disable call forwarding, dial *73 then press Send.
      Hope this helps :)

    1. Hi Vicky Kashiwala,
      Thanks for coming here.
I've just done some researches for your issue and I found some of S3 users out there also experienced this issue. The problem finally can be resolved by setting the caller ID with network default. You can do so by opening Phone app> tap the Menu key then select "Call settings"> tap "Additional settings"> tap "Caller ID" and then select "Network default".
Other way, you can also try to call your provider and ask their helps to fix this issue because it seems it's a provider-related problem.

    1. Hi Adeptus Tech,
      Thanks for coming.
I think if this feature is locked then it's a carrier/provider-related issue therefore I believe that your provider should be able to help you :)

    1. Hi Judelai,
      Thanks for coming.
Yes, it does. If you have enabled Always forward, all incoming calls will be forwarded to the second number when your phone is switched off.
