Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Activate and Use Smart Stay Features

As we know that the Samsung Galaxy SIII was comed with Motion-based software that make this phone looks very cool when you use it. This software allows you to use several Motion-based features on this phone by using gesture or motion.

One of the Motion-based features of the Galaxy SIII is Smart Stay. By enabling this features, your phone's screen will remain on when you look at the screen to browse the web, read messages or emails, etc.. This features use a front-facing camera to recognize when you are looking at the screen.

How to enable Smart Stay fatures?
As written on thefullsignal.com, just follow the easy steps below to turn this useful feature on:
  1. Go to Apps through Home screen.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Select Display.
  4. Select Screen timeout, then set it to 30 seconds.
  5. Tick the box next to Smart Stay option to enable this features.
  6. Finish. Now Smart Stay features have been activated.

How to use Smart Stay fatures?
This features is easy to use. You just need to look at the phone's screen then its front-facing camera will recognize you and keep its screen on.


Well, by turn this feature on, now you do not have to worry about your phone screen off when you are still using it to browse the web or read messages, etc.. Although you have to pay for this feature with more battery consumption, but if you find this feature useful for you, then it's worth.   1. when i am switching on flight mode after activation after few seconds it is automaticaly disabling. Please advise how to solve. Thanks in advance.

      Thanks for coming and also I'm so sorry for late answer.
      So, did you install any app that has a feature to keep you connected with the Wi-Fi network/mobile data/Bluetooth? If so, try to uninstall it and then see whether it helps :)
