Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Install Android 4.1 Jelly Bean on AT&T Version

When first released the Samsung Galaxy S III comes with operating system Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. After a year, now already available update to Android 4.1 Jelly Bean for this phone.

If you are lucky to have the Galaxy SIII AT&T version, then now you can update your phone's OS to Android 4.1 easily through Samsung's Kies software.

How to Install Android 4.1 on AT&T version using Kies?
You can do almost things with ease on this device, Including update your phone's OS. As written on thefullsignal, all you need to do is following the simple steps below:
  1. Download Samsung's Kies software here.
  2. Install Kies on your Windows PC or Mac.
  3. On your PC click on Kies icon to open this application.
  4. Plug the end of micro USB cable to the Samsung Galaxy SIII and the other end into USB port on your computer to connect these two devices.
  5. Wait until Samsung Kies recognize your computer.
  6. Now Kies will display a pop up saying that the software update is available for your phone. Click Update to begin the software update process.
  7. Select Allow saving, then Start Upgrade.
  8. Kies will download the update and the necessary files automatically.
  9. After several minutes, pop up window will appear as a sign that the upgrade process has been completed. After that your phone will reboot.
  10. Done. Now your phone has installed Android 4.1 Jelly Bean.
