How to tether Galaxy S3 with Windows Seven PC?
As written on bell.ca, Galaxy SIII to share your internet connection with a computer using USB tethering you need to follow the steps below:
  1. Connect your Galaxy SIII with a computer using a USB cable.
  2. On your phone, go to Apps through Home screen.
  3. Scroll down until you find Settings, then tap on it.
  4. Tap on More settings.
  5. Tap on Tethering and portable hotspot.
  6. Tick the checkbox next to USB tethering option to tether your phone.
  7. On your computer, wait for the device drivers installation is complete then click on Home network.
  8. Wait until your computer aplly settings automatically and connect to the network.
  9. Once setup is complete click Close.
  10. Finish. Now you can use the connection from your Galaxy SIII on your computer.
