Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Change the Virtual Keyboard Format Language

When you compose a new messages on the Samsung Galaxy SIII, usually you would use the virtual keyboard to enter text. The virtual keyboard has a function similar to a computer keyboard. You can enter a letter, number, symbol or specific character with ease using the virtual keyboard.

  1. Go to Apps through Home screen.
  2. Scroll to Messaging, then tap on it.
  3. Tap the keyboard Settings icon on the text entry screen.
  4. Tap on the Input Language.
  5. Tick the checkbox next to the language you want to use.
  6. Go back to the text entry screen, tap and hold on the Globe icon to change the keyboard format.
  7. Tap the input language you want to use.
