  1. I would love to be able to have ORGANIZATION as a permanent addition. do you know of any way to have this happen by default? Thx in advance, Andy

    1. Hi Andy,
      Thanks for coming.
CMIIW, all options under another field can't be set up as default field, either when you create or edit a contact therefore you have to tap "Add another field" button first if you want to fill up organization or other options under another field.

  2. thank you. I hadn't figured out a way to set it up as default either, but was hoping someone else had!

    1. Hi Andy,
      Thanks for coming back here.
I'm so sorry I can't help you. I also will be happy to know how to set up one or more options under another field as default if possible.

  3. I have a Samsung S3 and I do not have the option of 'Add Another Field'. I can only edit existing number or add a new contact.

    1. Hi Suzanne Loporto,
      Thanks for coming.
The "Add another field" button only available for those that have been saved in the device/phone memory or in the Google/Samsung account. So, make sure the contact you want to add additional information to has been saved in phone or Google/Samsung account.
