When I put my finger down on an app I want on one of my screens...the screen pops up as it should but then the screens flip through very fast. I cannot even place the app where I want it. If I tilt my phone it flips even faster so I hold it straight up or even set it on the table and it still flips super fast. Any suggestions?

One of the step above is only removing the shortcuts of the apps or widgets from the Home screen, not uninstalling the apps. If you want to uninstall certain apps, you can see the complete steps to do so in here:http://inside-galaxy.blogspot.com/2013/04/samsung-galaxy-s3-how-to-uninstall.html

And is there a way to stop the pages of widgets from building up? I only had my phone since Friday and already have 8 pages of widgets.
