    1. Hi rawrgrryumm,
Thanks for your visit and comment.
You should see it as pre-installed apps on your app drawer. But, if you don't have this option then there is two ways that you can do:
      1. Accessing Samsung App Store through your phone's web browser by typing samsungapps.com on the address bar.
      2. Download Samsung App by following the steps listed below:
      - Go to this link to download Samsung Apps:http://content.samsung.com/mobile/us/contents/aboutn/appsMobileIntro.do
      - Click Download Samsung Apps button.
      - Click Galaxy S4 (the .apk for the Galaxy S4 works on the Galaxy S3).
      - Now your phone will download the Samsung Apps .apk
      - Once it's complete, you can then install it to your phone.

As a note, in order to make you be able to access Samsung app store, then you should have a Samsung account.

      Hope this helps :)

  2. I've accessed the samsung apps store because I wanted to download a music recognition app like shasam or soundhog. I chose shazam and was instructed to enter my mobile phone number to download to my phone. You then have to text YES to a 1900 number which just happens to be a premium text. Premiuim texting is barred from my phone on the advice of my service provider as you have to pay to receive incoming premium texts as well as sending them. So the a"FREE" app is not free. How do you download free appx??????? FRUSTRATED !
