    1. Hi Galaxy28,
      Thanks for coming.
You can also turn on mobile data through the notification panel. If this also not works, you might have to call your provider to ask them whether you should do some settings on your phone to make it works.
      Hope this helps :)

    1. Hi Balaji Swaminathan,
      Thanks for coming.
I've never heard this issue before. But, I thinks it's provider-related issue, so try to call your provider to ask whether they can help you to stop those notification appears in each outgoing calls you've made.

  5. You can turn off Data Roaming in the Settings facility .Doing this you should not be charged when you are abroad Settings, wireless and networks, mobile networks, data roaming off and packet data off. Or put your phone on airplane mode so you don't get calls or texts.Data roaming will only turn off your data(mms and internet) you'll still have the ability to call and text and depending on your carrier even if you receive texts or calls you'll be charged. To avoid data roaming completely get a new local sim card with data packet in abroad or get free WiFi if possible .For this you may need to unlock your mobile from country lock by getting the unlocking service from an provider like ClassicUnlocking.com

    1. Hi Samantha Johnson,
      Thanks for coming.
I assume that your S3 is now running with Android 4.3 Jelly Bean. By default, the Data roaming option should be found in Settings> (under Connection tabs) "More networks"> "Mobile networks"> enable "Mobile data" and then enable "Data roaming".

Since you said that you couldn't find this option under mobile networks menu, then try using the following steps to enable data roaming:
      1. Make sure mobile data has been enabled in your phone.
      2. Go to Settings.
      3. In Connections tab, tap "Data usage".
      4. Tap the Menu key and then enable "Data roaming".

Anyway, if you don't mind, can you please tell me what the model number and Android version are you using in your phone?
