Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Retrieve Call History Logs Remotely Using Samsung Dive

If your phone was lost or stolen and you want all incoming calls and messages received in this phone forwarded to another phone, then you can do that by setting forwarding calls and message using option available on Samsung Dive site.

While you on the main page of the Samsung Dive site, you can also utilizing another option available there. One of which is Call logs option that will allow you to retrieve call logs history from your lost or stolen phone for the last week.


How to retrieve call logs remotely using Samsung Dive?
To retrieve call history logs during the last week, then here are the steps you need to do:
  1. On your PC, launch web browser.
  2. On web browser page, go to samsungdive.com
  3. Login to this site using your Samsung account.
  4. On the main page of Samsung Dive, click Call logs option located on the left side of the screen.
  5. Here you can retrieve call logs during the last week by clicking Retrieve call logs button.
  6. Now you should see a list of your call history logs are displayed on the screen.
