How to forward calls and messages remotely using Samsung Dive?
Here are the steps you need to do:
- Launch the Web Browser through your Computer's desktop.
- On Web Browser page, go to samsungdive.com
- Login to samsung dive using your Samsung account.
- On Samsung Dive main page, click Call/Message forwarding option located on the left side of the screen.
- Enter your another phone number you wish to use to forward the received calls to. Ensure you choose "Set" option.
- Enter your another phone number you wish to use to forward the received messages to. Ensure you choose "Set" option.
- Tick the checkbox next to "Forward to the number for call forwarding".
- Click Execute forwarding button.
- Now all the incoming calls and messages received on your lost or stolen phone will be forwarded to the specified phone number you've just entered before.

Well, I've just logged in to the samsungdive.com and I also noticed that now the Call/message forwarding menu is not available. If what you mean is that you want to disable the call forwarding, then try to disable it through the Phone app> tap the Menu key and select "Call settings"> tap "Additional settings"> tap "Call forwarding"> tap "Voice call"> from here you can disabled all call forwarding options.
