Samsung Galaxy S3: How to Create New Text Memo Using S Memo

As we all know that Samsung Galaxy SIII comes with several useful pre-installed apps, such as S Suggest which will make you more easier to choose which application that recommended and compatible with your device to install with.

Another useful pre-installed application on this phone is S Memo. This app will help you to create notes using the virtual keyboard or using your fingers as a pen to write text memo or creating drawing memo or combine both of them.


How to create new text memo?
One of which you can do with this application is creating a text memo. To do so follow the steps listed below:
  1. Go to Apps through Home screen.
  2. Scroll to S Memo, then tap on it.
  3. Tap Create new text memo (+T) button located on the upper right corner.
  4. At the first time you use this app, you will see a Learn about actions screen. Mark Do not show again if you don't want this page be displayed again then tap Done button to continue.
  5. Now you can use the virtual keyboard to type your note.
  6. While you create the memo, you can also do several things here by utilizing available icons at the top of the screen, such as switch between view mode and edit mode, change Pen type/color/thickness, switch between text input mode and adjust font size/color/style, use the eraser, undo or redo, etc.
  7. To save the note, tap the Menu key then select Save as option.
  8. Enter the title for your note in the Memo title field.
  9. Tap OK button to save the note.
  10. Or you can tap Enter title button at the top to give a title to your note then tap Save button to save the note.
  11. Tap Home button to return to the standby mode.

Creating text memo using S Memo will help you to make a better memo and of course will provide you different experience of making a digital memo. So, did you have creating text memo using this apps?
