How to show battery percentage?
To always show battery percentage in the notification bar then you need to do the steps listed below:
- Go to Apps through Home screen.
- Tap Settings.
- Tap Display.
- Tap Display battery percentage to enable this option. When the checkbox next to this option is ticked means this option is enabled.
- Tap Home button to return to the standby mode.
- Now you should see a percentage next to the battery icon at the top of the screen.
By always displaying battery percentage on your Galaxy SIII screen, then you will be easier to know how much battery life you have left on your phone. So, did you have turned on this option on your phone?
i can not find the battery percentage in my s3 mini. in display i have only touch key light duration and then auto adjust screen tone

FYI, since you didn't mention your model number and the Android version then this answer may be incorrect.
In Galaxy S3 Mini, the option to show battery percentage is usually placed in the Settings>"My device">"Display">(scroll to the bottom)"Show battery percentage". But, if you don't mind, you can also try finding this option in the Settings>"More">"Battery">(scroll to the bottom)"Display/Show battery percentage".
If you can't find the option either in the display or battery settings, then you can download an app that has the ability to show battery percentage in the Play Store.
