Hi
ReplyDeleteI got a new galaxy s3 but I am having trouble with logging in to play store and all other apps that use Gmail accounts. I get 'unable to establish a secure connection...' every time I try to log in. I factory reset and hard reset my but to no avail. Even the YouTube trick recommended on some forums didn't work for me. Please help me work this out as this is getting really annoying.
Thanks.
Hi Zainab,
DeleteThanks for coming.
Soon after I read your comment, I tried searching the most relevant solution for your problem since I never experienced this problem. In XDA-developer forum, there's a user that has managed to solve a similar problem as yours, but it needed to root the phone.
However, since your phone is new (which probably still under warranty), I think it'd better if you ask for replacement.
