Below are the complete steps to do:

  4. Scroll down to Resolution, then tap it.
  5. Here you'll see 5 resolution option available, they are:
    • 1920x1080 pixels
    • 1280x720 pixels
    • 720x480 pixels
    • 640x480 pixels
    • 320x240 pixels
  6. Tap 1920x1080.
  7. If the situation is glare and difficult to frame the shot, then you can enable Outdoor visibility option under the Settings camera menu.
  8. If you handheld the phone while recording the video, then turn on Anti-shake option under the Settings camera menu is something you need to consider to do.
  9. You can also set the focus, either use auto-focus mode by tapping the "AF" icon at the bottom of the screen or manually adjust focus by tapping the the viewfinder to your desired spot.
  10. Now you're ready to record video in HD by pressing the record icon or red button.
  11. Tap the record icon or red button again to stop recording.

FYI, the higher resolution you choose means the a bigger file size and more memory uses. If your priority is the storage space on your phone, then you might want to choose a lower resolution. So, hope this helps :)
