    1. Hi Xtin,
      Thanks for coming.
Try to re-load that webpage. Once the webpage is fully loaded, then save the webpage for offline reading. Close the Browser app and turn off Wi-Fi or mobile data. Now, try to open the Browser app again and then open the saved pages and then let me know what happens.

    3. Hi Andréa,
Thanks for coming and also I'm so sorry for late answer.
So, did this error also occur when you tried to save for offline reading with another webpage? FYI, I've tried to save a tumblr post, but the Save for offline reading option was disabled untill I scrolled down the webpage and I noticed that the option to save for offline reading suddenly became enabled.

    5. Hi Justin Jones,
      Thanks for coming.
Try to clear its cache and data from the application manager and then restart the phone. Once the phone is turned on, try to save a page and then open it, see if the problem is solved.
Other way, you can try to use third-party Browser app that has a save page feature (e.g: Firefox or Opera Mini).

    1. Hi Buddy,
      Thanks for coming.
Does your Galaxy Note 3 use Android Jelly Bean? If so, seems the option to save page in the stock Browser app is not available. But, a user in the Androidcentral forum has confirmed that the option is now available after he updated his phone to Android Kitkat.

    1. Hi Ritu,
      Thanks for coming back here.
If you don't mind, you can try to use another third-party Browser app that will let you to offline reading (e.g: Opera mini).
Other way, you can try to use Pocket app (here's the link:https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ideashower.readitlater.pro). Install this app on your phone. Then open a webpage you want to save for offline reading from the Browser app. Once the webpage is fully loaded, tap the Menu key then select "Share via" then select "Add to Pocket". Next, you can view it offline through Pocket app. FYI, some webpages with non-article content can't be read offline using this app.

    1. Hi Nico Guevara,
      Thanks for coming.
      1. Try to clear the Internet app cache
In the apps menu, drag the Internet app to the App info icon located at the top of the screen, and then tap "Clear cache" button and then tap "Force stop" button. Now, try again to open up your saved pages.
      2. Try to reset app preferences
If the #1 didn't help, try to Go to Settings> tap "More" tab> tap "Application manager"> in the Downloaded tab, tap the Menu key and then select "Reset app preferences". Once done, restart the phone and try again.
      Hope it helps :)

    1. Hi Damien Schaaf,
      Thanks for coming.
First, may I know how did you lose them?
Did you perform clear data for the Internet app?
From what I know, there's no way to get them back when they have been deleted.
For further prevention, when you have saved some pages in the Internet app, you can share the link of those saved pages to your email or memo or else so that when you accidentally delete them you can retrieve them using those links.
