      Thanks for coming.
CMIIW, it's a flash notification. The camera light will blink(white) when you receive notifications. If you want to disable this feature, go to Settings> tap My device tab> scroll down to find Accessibility, then tap it> scroll down to find "Flash notification", then clear the checkbox next to this option to disable it.
      Hope this helps :)

      Thanks for coming.
Did you install any LED-light-related app? If so, you can find the color meaning or change it through that app. However, in the default, green LED light means your phone is fully charged. And about cyber stalked, I'm so sorry, I have no idea about it.

    1. Hi Jordan Newman,
      Thanks for coming.
      There are three possibilities:
      1. If your phone is being charged, then green light means it's fully charged. Unplug the phone should be able to turn off that green light.
      2. You may have notification from the particular app. Thus, try opening notifications panel and then see whether you have any notification. Open or clear the notification should be able to turn off that green light.
      3. If you have installed third-party LED-related app (e.g: Light flow), try uninstalling it.

      1. What does the blue light mean?
CMIIW, (while the screen is off)the LED indicator will light red when the phone is being charged. But, it will blink blue faster (every second) when voice recording and it will blink blue slower (between 5-10 seconds) when you have a notification or message.
      2. Is it still charging?
Yes, it is. As soon as you stop recording or open the notification, that blue light won't flash anymore.

    1. Hi Avery German,
      Thanks for coming.
If the flashing white light comes from the LED indicator located in the top of the phone, it may be come from a third-party apps you have installed on your phone.

If the flashing white light comes from the rear-camera flash light, it may be you have accidentally enabled the flash notification on your phone. You can turn it off by going to Settings> Accessibility> Flash notification (turn this option off).
