In addition to determine how the phone sort the app, in the app menu you can also organize them according to your liking, for example, move the app location or see the app info or else.
How to organize apps in the app drawer?
Below are the steps to do so:
- Go to Apps through Home screen.
- Tap the Menu key then select Edit.
- To move the app, tap and hold the app then drag it to a new location.
- To add the app to a new folder, tap and hold the app then drag it to the new folder icon. You can also add another app to this new folder by tap and hold the app then drag it to the folder.
- To move the app to a new panel, tap and hold the app then drag it to the new panel icon.
- To uninstall the app, tap and hold the app then drag it to the uninstall iconthen follow the on-screen instructions to uninstall the selected app.
- To view the app info, tap and hold the app then drag it to the app info icon. Here you can perform clear cache, clear data, force stop and uninstall the app.
- Once you have done , you can tap Save to save the changes.
Well, the step above will of course be able to help you manage lots of apps by placing them in the place you want or group them per category into a folder to free up some space and make you more easier to access the app that has the similar function or category. So. hope this helps :)
