Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge: How to Enable or Disable Pop Up View Gesture Feature in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

Pop-up view gesture is a feature in Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge that will let you open an app in pop-up view. You can use this feature to help you do some tasks in different apps with more easily by opening those apps in pop-up view. If your phone is now running with Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow, you'll have an option that you can use to enable or disable the pop-up view gesture feature so you can set it according to your need.


How to turn on or off the pop-up view gesture feature?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. On any screen, swipe down the top of the screen to open up the notification panel and then tap to go to the settings menu.
  2. Scroll down the screen to find Advanced features and then tap it.
  3. Tap Pop-up view gesture.
  4. Tap the ON/OFF switch to enable or disable this feature. When the switch turns blue , means the pop-up view gesture feature is enabled and you can view an app in pop-up view by swiping downwards diagonally from either corner at the top of the screen while the app is open and shown on the screen.
