Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge: How to Fix Flipped or Mirrored Selfies in Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

Auto-flip selfie is a feature in the Camera app in Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge that can be used to set your phone to automatically save self-portrait photos taken with the front camera as you see in the preview screen or flip horizontally so that the right side in the original scene will be the left side in the photo or vice versa. However, if you don't like your selfies to be flipped automatically, you can fix it by disabling the auto-flip selfie feature so all your selfies will be saved as its original scene.

How to disable the auto-flip selfie feature in the Camera app?
You can turn off this feature by using the following steps:
  1. Open the Camera app. By default, it uses the rear camera.
  2. Tap switch the camera from the rear to the front.
  3. Tap to view detailed settings for the front camera.
  4. Tap the ON/OFF switch next to Save pictures as previewed to enable or disable it. When the switch turns , means the auto-flip selfie feature is disabled and your phone won't save your self-portrait photos as flipped or mirrored images.
