Samsung Galaxy S5: How to Enable Adapt Display in Android 4.4.2 Kitkat

Adapt display is an advanced display technology in Samsung Galaxy S5 which will be able to provide you a more personalized viewing experience since the display will be adapted to you. When adapt display is enabled, it'll automatically optimize the color range, saturation and sharpness of the display based on the analyze of the incoming lights and the contents you're viewing while you're in Gallery, Camera, Internet, Video, Smart remote and Google Play Books applications. The adapt display will not only provide you the best viewing experience, but it will also make the display being easier for your eyes.


How to turn on the adapt display feature?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. On any screen, swipe down the top of the screen to open up the notification panel and then tap to go to the settings menu.
  2. With the settings menu is displayed in grid view, scroll down to the Sound and display section and then tap Display .
  3. Tap Screen mode and then select Adapt display.
  4. Tap Save button.
  5. The adapt display has been enabled.

As a note, the adapt display feature may not work with the third-party applications, as the example this feature works in the stock Browser app(Internet app) but may not work in the other third-party browser apps.
