Can't swipe the notification panel. Any help?
ReplyDeleteHi Chad&Tessa Shively,
DeleteThanks for coming.
Did you make any change before encountering this issue?
Theoretically, you should be able to access the notification panel by swiping down the top of the screen using your finger.
However, if you're in the talk back mode, you can access the notification panel by swiping down the top of the screen using two fingers.

ReplyDeleteHi Junie Jacob,
DeleteThanks for coming.
Do you remember what have you done before encountering this issue?
Have you tried to restart your phone?
Have you tried to long press the Back key (when multi-window is on) to display the multi-window tray?
I tried that before but nothing .....honestly don't know what went wrong.
DeleteHi Junie Jacob,
DeleteIf you're not in the talk back mode and didn't do any change to your phone, then I have no idea for you except if you don't mind performing factory reset. But, you have to remember that it'll erase all of your files and uninstall all of downloaded apps.
Other way, you can bring your phone to the nearby Samsung service center and ask them to fix your phone.
Thanks☺
