2. Tap Lock screen and security.
   
   
3. Tap Fingerprint scanner.
   
   
4. Perform your current screen lock to confirm your identity. As the example, if your current screen lock type is set to pattern, draw your pattern to confirm your identity.
   
   
5. Tap Samsung account.
   
   
6. Enter your Samsung account password and then tap Confirm button.
   
   
   If you have entered the right password, the ON/OFF switch next to the Samsung account option will turn blue as a sign that it's enabled.
7. Now, you can use fingerprints instead of your Samsung account password when logging in with your Samsung account.
