Samsung Galaxy S8: How to Fix Cannot Find the Show and Hide Navigation Bar Button in Android 7.0 Nougat

By default, the show and hide navigation bar button is enable and can be found in the left side of the navigation bar in your Samsung Galaxy S8. You can use this button to show the navigation bar so you can easily use it to navigate your phone or auto-hide the navigation bar so you can reclaim its space to display content in your phone for a more immersive experience with your phone's gorgeous screen. If you cannot find this button, it may has been disabled accidentally so you just need to enable it to get it back in your bar.

How to enable the show and hide navigation bar button?
You can do so by using the following steps:
  1. On any screen, swipe down the top of the screen to open up the notification panel and then tap to go to the settings menu.
  2. Tap Display.
  3. Scroll down the screen to find Navigation bar and then tap it.
  4. Tap the ON/OFF switch next to Show and hide button to enable or disable this option. The ON/OFF switch turns when it's enabled.
  5. Now, the show and hide navigation bar button will be added or displayed in the left side of the navigation bar to let you use it to show or auto-hide the navigation bar.
