As we all know that low internal storage can bring some problems to your Samsung Galaxy SIV, for instance error while saving or reading files or error while using apps. You may move some files to the PC or other storage to free up some space so that the device can work properly and doesn't encounter any error that is caused by low internal storage. 1. Open My Files app.
  2. Tap All files.
  3. Tap Device storage.
  4. Navigate to the required folder.
  5. Select the required files you want to move to the SD card.
