How to move items in home screen?
You can do so by using two different methods: by dragging and dropping items and by using the move apps feature.
Method #1: By dragging and dropping items
- To move an item within a home screen panel, tap and hold the required item on the home screen and then drag it to a new location. Release to place the item.
- To move an item to another home screen panel, tap and hold the required item on the home screen and then drag it to the side of the screen until you're in the required panel you want to use to place the item. Release to place the item.
Method #2: By using the move apps feature
You can use the following steps to easily move items to another home screen panel:
- On the home screen, tap and hold an item and then drag it to Move apps at the top of the screen. The item will move to the panel at the top of the screen. You can repeat this step if you'd like to move other items.
- Swipe the screen to the left or right until you're in the required home screen panel you want to use to place the item.
- Tap the item on the panel at the top of the screen and your phone will automatically place the item on the empty area. Alternatively, tap and hold the item on the panel at the top of the screen and then drag it to manually place the item on the required location. Release the item to place it.
