  1. Open S Memo app. All of your memo will be displayed here, either text or handwritten memo.

  3. Tap Sort by and then select from the following options:
    • Date (most recent): select this option to sort your memo by its date (from the newest modified/used memo to the oldest modified/used memo).
    • Date (oldest): select this option to sort your memo by its date (from the oldest modified/used memo to the newest modified/used memo.
    • Name: select this option to sort your memo by its name alphabetically.
    • Tag: select this option to sort your memo by its tag alphabetically.
    • Favourites: select this option to sort your memo based on how often you use them (from the most frequently used memo to the most rarely used memo).
    • User settings: select this option to sort your memo based on your latest arrangement when using the "Change order" menu.
  4. Your memo will be sorted with the selected sort order.

  6. If you have some backup files, select the latest backup file. FYI, backup file name usually contains with the date and time, as the example: SMemo2_backup_06292015_172634.snbkp means this file was created on June 29, 2015 at 17:26:34.
  7. Tap Done button.
  8. The selected backup file will be imported to the S Memo app.
