Samsung Galaxy S5: How to Use Bookmarks in Internet App in Android 4.4.2 Kitkat

When you have an internet connection in your Samsung Galaxy S5, either by connecting to a Wi-Fi network or by using mobile data connection, browsing webpages using the stock Browser app is an activity that you can do. While you're browsing webpages, you will probably find an interesting webpage or two and want to access the webpage again later. Instead of wasting your time seeking the webpage manually, you can make it easier by adding that webpage to your bookmark so that you can easily reload that webpage anytime you want from your bookmark without having to throw yourself into the problem of forgetting the webpage address.

How to bookmark a webpage?
You can add a webpage to bookmark by using the following steps:
  1. Open Internet app.
  2. Tap the address bar and then enter the address of the desired webpage and then tap Go.
  3. When the website has been fully loaded, tap the Add bookmark icon in the left side of the webpage address you have just entered.
  4. If necessary, you can edit the name of the bookmark and then tap Save button.
  5. The webpage has been bookmarked. FYI, when a webpage has been bookmarked, the Add bookmark icon will turn yellow .

How to open a bookmarked webpage?
If you have added a webpage to your bookmark, then you can easily access the webpage by using the following steps:
  1. Open Internet app.
  2. Tap the Bookmark icon located at the bottom right corner of the screen. All bookmarked webpages will be displayed here.
  3. Tap the required bookmark.
  4. The webpage of the selected bookmark will be loaded.

FYI, since bookmark only marks the webpages to make you easily re-access them thus you need to stay connected to the internet when you want to reload a webpage from bookmark.
