How to use easy call and easy text features?
Assuming that you have enabled this feature, then you can use it to make a call or send a message with more easily from your contacts list. See the following steps to do so:
  1. Open Phone app.
  2. Tap Logs or Favourites or Contacts tab.
  3. Making a call with easy call feature:
    • Find the required contact you want to make a call to.
    • Swipe the contact from left to the right to call the contact.

    • Find the required contact you want to send a message to.
    • Swipe the contact from right to the left to start writing a message to the contact.
    • Send the message when you have finished writing it.

I personally prefer to keep this feature on since for me it's easier to swipe the contact to make a call or send a message while I'm viewing my contacts list than if I have to tap the contact and then tap the small make-a-call/send-message icons. At the first time use you will probably swipe to a wrong direction, but the more you use this feature the less you do the wrong swipe.
